Lost in the Moment Watching You!
Seeing her sitting there
Eyes closed
Skin glistening in the sun
Her hot pink bikini
Quickening my blood
And framing this beautiful picture
Is a striking blue sky
Sprinkled with soft, puffy white clouds
Floating by
God, I’m so totally lost…
In the moment watching you
The thunder is booming
Lightning lighting up the night sky
And there you are sleeping
So sweet, lovely an pleasing to my eye
Your soft breathing calms my mind
A soft smile graces your lips
As you dream your sweet dreams
And yes I’m totally lost…
In this moment watching you
The baby is cooing
As you gently rock her to sleep
A soft gentle lull-a-bye
Drifts lazily in the air and makes my heart leap
In all the world over there is nothing that can compare
And all that I can do is stare,
Taking in this beautiful vision
As I so totally get lost…
In this moment watching you!
